If you watched Sunday’s game against Washington you know it’s the holiday season. There’s a special excitement in the air. Something big is coming and people are in a gift giving mood – especially the coaching staff of the Redskins. All of this has put me in a festive mood (with apologies to Sean Taylor – I certainly do not celebrate anything about how he was tragically taken from this earth and trust that people do not confuse the joy of a Bills victory with any undue celebration of its circumstances).

I think there may be something wrong with the reception on my Sirius radio. I love listening to the NFL Network and my wife is a big fan of the Christmas music station they put on this time of year. Well, I think the two stations got jumbled together (unless they somehow offer a holiday football channel amongst the 1000 or so stations they offer – does anyone listen to the Pakistani trucker channel?). In any event, over the radio I swear I heard a Bills Christmas song, and it made me happy…
